May Highlights:
I’ve been on a bit of a Nora Ephron kick lately and recently read her novel Heartburn and watched the documentary Everything is Copy which was directed by her son Jacob Bernstein. Nora’s rom coms are to this day some of my favorite movies of all time and it’s been such a treat finally getting around to reading her essay collections and novels.
News:
Forever Interrupted by one of my favorite contemporary authors Taylor Jenkins Reid is being developed into a series thanks to streaming service behemoth Netflix – Laura Dern and Margaret Qualley are rumored to be starring and I couldn’t be more exited!

Colleen Hoover is having a moment! The highly anticipated trailer for her novel It Ends With Us broke the internet when it premiered in May (the combination of Blake Lively and Taylor Swift may have had something to do with that) and it was recently announced that another one of her hit books, Verity, is being adapted into a movie as well – so excited for you Colleen!

Just For Fun:
One of my most cherished Summer memories was going to the library and picking out a big stack of books to read for the Summer Reading Program. Well, I’m happy to tell you that Summer Reading is not just for kids! Most libraries also have an adult version of their Summer Reading Program too! I signed up for the one at my local library, and this is my sign to all of you that you should check out your local library and do the same!
Happy Reading!
